Shipping Information

When placing an order with FUN FACTORY, you can choose from three payment options:

Germany

1. When paying with credit card, shipping costs of €5 incl. VAT are incurred.
   
2. When paying using direct debit, shipping costs of €5 incl. VAT are incurred.
   
3. When paying with paypal, shipping costs of €5 incl. VAT are incurred.
   
4. When paying C.O.D., shipping costs of €7 incl. VAT are incurred.

Please take note that the postal service also charges a fee of €2 for C.O.D. deliveries, making the total cost of shipping €9 incl. VAT. We have no influence on these charges.

EUROPE (instead of Germany)

When paying with credit card/ paypal, shipping costs of €8.90 incl. VAT are incurred.

General Shipping Information

With an order of €80 or more, we ship for free in Germany!

We use neutral packaging for shipping. In the sending address field, you only see the abbreviation "FF GmbH".

Package deliveries abroad: We only send with FedEx. Delivery to a post office box is therefore not possible!
